At Smooch Beauty, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and ensuring every order is handled with care. 

Because our products are personal-use beauty items, they are subject to hygiene standards and specific return conditions. As a result, we are unable to provide cash refunds. Products once purchased are non-refundable. 

Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be considered if the product is:

  • Received in a physically damaged or broken condition

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

Returns

Due to the personal-use nature of our beauty products, all items are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards. For this reason, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Returns are only considered in limited cases where the item is received in a physically damaged or broken condition.

Exchanges

At this time, Smooch Beauty does not offer exchanges. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

No Cancellation Policy

Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds or cancellations based on a change of mind will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. As soon as your order is confirmed, it enters our processing system to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Policy Misuse

Smooch Beauty reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, or cancellation request in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
